- ... بعدها حضيف عصير الليمونة مشان تروح المطة اللي بورق الملوخية منها... وبرجع بقلبهم كمان ١٠ د... بعدها حضيف من مرق الدجاج صرت بالمعلقة ضيف و سقيهم... و قلبهم لينشفو ارجع ضيف....
- مقدار فنجان صغير...رجعت ضفت من مرق الدجاج و سكرت عليها لمده ١٠ د.... بعدها فتحتا و ضفت فص كامل من التوم مدقوق و الكزبرة المفرومة و قلبتهم حتى ينشفو و بنتبه انو تكون ورقة الملوخية استوت بدوقها.
- بيتقدم جنبها رز بشعيرية أو بالخبز و ليمون مقسوم للعصر عليها.
