- للغناش نسخن الكريمة السائلة ثم نضيف قطع الشيكولا نتركها مدة ثم نخلط المزيح جيدا حتى يتجانس.
- نقطع كل قطعة جنواز الى 2 يعني نعمل 4 طبقات و نضع الكريمة بين الطبقات ثم نغلف الكيكة جيدا بالكريمة نضع الغناش فوق الكيكة و نزين الاطراف بالكريمة ايضا.
