- في طنجرة الضغط نوضع الكرعين مع توابل والبصل والثوم واعواد القرفة ونصبو الماء المغلى حتى يتغطى ونسدو عليه ونعمل صفارة فوق نار هادئة ويترك يتطهى تقريبا ساعة ونص ثم نفتح عليه ونرقب وثم نضيف الحمص ونغلق عليه حتى ينضج الكل ونحصل على مرق معلك وممكن إضافة معالق سكر و ملعقة صغيرةالقرفة في الأخير ويترك فوق النار 10 دقائق نحصل على مرق معلك وبصحة 😉.
