- اولا نحضر السيرو.نخلط كل المكونات لذكرت 👆 على نار متوسطة حتى يبدأ الغليان ونقص عليه تكون هادئة لمدة 7 دقائق ونطفي عليه.
- لتحضير العجين.. في إناء نضيف السميد والفانيليا والملح السكر ، ثم الزيت والماء الزهر وتخلاط جيداً بسباتيل بدون عجنه و نخليها ترتاح قليلا.
- الخليط يكون مرخوف الشوي بعد ما يرتاح مدة 6 دقائق يكون تشرب كل السوائل.
- نفرغ الخليط في اي صفيحة نوزع الخليط جيداً ثم ندهن ملمس الاعلى للعجين بقليل من الزيت ونقطعها مربعات ثم تزين باللوز.
- وندخل الصفيحة الى الفرن مولع من التحت حتى يذهب الجوانب ونولع عليه من الفوق.
- مباشرة بعد خروجها من الفرن نسقها بالسيروا..
