  4. نضيف البهارات والماجي ونقلبهم على نار هاديه.
  5. في نفس وقت وضع البهارات نقطع الثوم صغييير او بالخلاط.
  6. نكشن الثوم على زيت الزيتون لحد م يتشقر اللون نضيف ملعقة صغيرة ملوخيه عليها ونقلب ورشة كمون.
  7. نضيف الثوم عالملوخيه ونقلبهم ونقفل النار بحيث لايصبح اللون اسود.
  8. ويقدم بجانب الرز الابيض او العيش.
  9. وبالعافيه..😋🥰.
  10. ملاحظه:(تقدرون تستخدمون دجاجه كامله او نص دجاجه حسب رغبتكم) انا استخدمت صدر دجاجه فقط.. والماء لاتكون اكثر من الملوخيه عشان لاتخف ✌🏻.
