1. نقوم بتحضير الشاربات نقوم بوضع كأسين سكر مع اربع كؤوس ماء وشريحة ليمون ونضعه فوق النار عندما يبدأ في الغليان نتركه 15دقيقة ونطفئ النار ليكون جاهزا.
2. نقوم بوضع الدقيق مع الفانيليا والملح ونخلطهم جيدا ونضعهم جانبا بعد ذلك نشعل الفرن ليسخن ثم نضع في الخلاط كأسين من السكر وكأس الزيت والحليب وماء الزهر ونخلط الكل جيدا لنتحصل على خليط قوامه ثقيل قليلا.
3. نعود لخليط الدقيق ونضيف له الخليط السائل ونحرك جيدا ثم نضعه في الصينية وندخله الفرن عندما تبدأ الجوانب في الاحمرار نطفئ ونشعل من فوق لنتحصل على اللون البني الرائع.
4. بعد ان تجهز الشاربات نتركها تبرد وعندما نخرج الصينية من الفرن نضع عليها الشاربات ونرجعها للفرن وهو مطفي لتتشرب السائل نتركها لليله كامله ثم نقطعها ونأكلها بالف صحة 😋😋😋.
