- و غي نخرجو من الفرن نسقيه بالقطر يكون بارد تحضير القطر 2كاس سكر مع 4 كيسان ماء و شريحه ليمون و نخليه يغلي مده 10 دقائق.
- و خليه يتشرب و بالصحه و الراحه.
