- نحضر الشاربات نخلط كل المكونات نخليه يغلي 10 دقائق و نطفي نضيف ماء زهر لما تطهى قلب اللوز و هي ساخنة نشربها مرة و نخلي شوية نزيد نشرب بيها مرة اخرى.
- من الاحسن نخليها ليلة كاملة حتى نقسمها او نعملها الصباح و نقسمها لعشية.
