  2. نخلط النواشف السميد مع السكر و خميرة الحلويات و نخلط السوائل مع بعض على جهة الزيت و اللبن و ماء الزهر ثم نضيف الى خليط النواشف و نخلط بواسطة الأصابع بدون عجن..
  3. في مول 25*25سم نفرغ خليط قلب اللوز و بواسطة ظهر الملعقة نسوي السطح جيداً حتى يصبح أملس ود مستوى واحد..
  4. نشرطه بسكين من الفوق و نزينه بحبات لوز أو ما توفر عندك من الكاوكاو. و نتركه 20د يرتاح بعدما نغطيه بصينية..
  5. نسخن الفرن ثم ندخل صينية قلب اللوز على نار متوسطة حتى نلاحظ احمرار جوانبها نطفئ من التحت و نشعل النار من الفوق ليتحمر قليلاً..
  6. و في اثناء اخراجه من الفرن و هو ساخن نسقيه بالشاربات تكون باردة. و نقطع المربعات التي شرطناها من قبل حتى يتشرب جيداً يقدم مع الشاي خاصةً في شهر رمضان المعظم. شهية طيبة.
