- في مقلاة نضع ملعقة سمنة ونحمص الكزبرة والثوم حتى تتصاعد الرائحة الشهية نضيفها فوق الملوخية ونتركها على النار لمدة نصف ساعة حتى تتسبك..
- تقدم مع الارز وتزين بالصنوبر المحمص.
