- في الغد نحطو في سنيوة مدهونة بالزيت و دون ان نضغط على العجين نفرغه و نسوي الوجه بالملعقة و نتراسي حبات قلب اللوز و نزينها بالكاوكاو ندخلها فرن نطيبها من اسفل لما طيب نشعل الفوق.
- نوجد الشاربات نخلط السكر مع الماء و قطعة من القرفة يغلي 10 دقائق و نطفي لما ينضج قلب اللوز وهو ساخن نفرغ عليه الشاربات ونخليه يرتاح ثم يقدم.
