  4. بعد 12 ساعة نخلط السميد مع لوز مرحي خشن او كاوكاو (فول سوداني) نحضر 200 ملل ماء و 50 ملل ماء الزهر و نخلط بدون عجن و نضعه في صينية فرن ونسوي السطح بالملعقة بدون ما نضغط و نقطع بالسكين و ندهن بالسمن و نتركها ترتاح نصف ساعة.
  5. ندخل الصينية الى فرن ساخن على 200 درجة مدة 25 دق من تحت عندما تحمر الحواف نخرجها و ندهنها مرة اخرى بالسمن و نرجعها للفرن 20 دق من الفوق و عندما يطهى نسقيه بالشاربات تكون باااردة و نتركه 6 ساعات و تقدم. قطر الصينيه 35.5 Manel.B.
