- و نقسم الخليط الى قسمين نضع القسم الاول في المول بعدها نضع الحشوة : كاوكاو (فول سوداني) و كاكاو و سكر و ماء زهر و نحط القسم الثاني من العجينة و نسويها بملعقة نملس السطح ونقطعها الى قطع و ندخلها الفرن.
