- سيرو:حطيت السكر و الماء بعد ما بدا يغلي خليتو 15 د تم طفيت عليه و خليتو يبرد.
- تم طلعت كاس من الشونتيي مع كاس حليب بارد حكمت الطبقة الاولى سقيتها بالسيرو تم حطيت فوقها شونتيي و قطع من الفرولة و اكملت الطبقات الطبقة الأخيرة غطيتها كامل بالشونتيي تم زينتها بورود من الشونتيي و حبات فرولة وخطوط من الشكولا.
