- ثم نجيب مول 28سم ندهنو بالزيت ونطرح فيه العجينة ثم نعمل التزيين نقطها فوقي الى 16قطعةثم ندهنها بصفار البيض ونحطلها الجلجلان والسينوج ونتركها ترتاح ربع ساعة.
- تطهى على درجة حرارة 180 حتى تأخد اللون الأحمر.
