- نخلط السميد والسكر ملييح حنى ينساجم الخليط ، ومن بعد نبدي نزيد الماء بالتدريج ونبسس (لازم تبسو ملييح باش يذوب السكر بين يديكم) من بعد نغطيها بكيس بلاستيكي ونخليها ترتاح ليلة كاملة او 6 ساعات فما فوق.
- بعد ما ترتاح نحلو العجين مليح ومن بعد نديروه في البلا ونخدموله شكله من الفوق ونقطعوه وندخلوه يطيب (يستوي)في الفرن يكون ساخن نخلوه يطيب (يستوي)من لتحت حتى يتحمر من الجوانب ومن بعد نشعلو عليه لفوق ونخلوه يتحمر.
- كي يطيب (يستوي)نخرجوه ونعاودو نقطعوه ونعسلوه ونخلوه يبات ليلة كاملة ، كيما اي مثل انا خلطته الصباح وخليته يرتاح وفي ليل طيبته وشربته وخليته حتى للصباح يتشرب.
- الشربات نخلط السكر مع الماء ونخليه 10 دقائق بعد الغليان ونشربها قلب لوز تاعي بشاربات تكون باردة وهذه النتيجة الصباح بعد ماتشرب.
