- نقوم بإقسام الخليط إلا 2 ثم نضع الخليط الاول ونضع فوقه اللوز مرحي ثم نضع عليه الطبقه الثانية ونسوي السطح بملعقة ثم نشكل مربعات ونزينها بحبيبات اللوز ثم ندخلها الفرن على نار هادئة حتى يتحمرا جيداً ثم نسقيه بالشاربات تكون بارده.
