- نحط في كسرونة السكر و الماء والليمون ونخليه يغلي ثم نحسب ١٥د بعد الغليان ثم نطفيء عليه ثم نظيف كأس تاي من ماء زهر ونخليه جانبا.
- نضع في إناء الحرشة و السكر ونخلط ثم نظيف الزيت و نبسس مليح ثم نظيف اللبن وماء الزهر نخلط.
- نحضر الحشو نخلط الكاوكاو مع القرفة والسكر مع ماء زهر(نفتل)لازم أن لا نعجنه.
- نأخذ صينية الفرن ندهنها بالزيت و نضع نصف الخليط ثم نضع الحشو ثم باقي الخليط ونوسيه مليح ونحط حبات اللوز او كاوكاو وندخلها الفرن حتى يحمر مليح خاصة من الجوانب. نخرجه ندهنه بالسمن ونرجعه مرة أخرى إلى الفرن ليحمر.
- بعدما يحمر نعسله ونرجعه لدقائق ثم نطفيء عليه ونخليه يبات ليلة كاملة.
