- هكذا تصبح عندنا صوص تع رشتا نحي بطاطا و نقليها لتزين.
- نأخذ رشتا في قصعة نضيف عليها 4 ملعقة كبيرة زيت و نخلط ثم نضعها في كسكاس نديرها تتفوار لما تفور نصقيها قليل من صوص ثم نعود نفورها مرة 2 و نضيف صوص و ملعقة صغيرة من زبدة نخليها تشرب هكذا تصبح جهزى.
- للتزيين : نقلي فلفل اخضر و نغلي بيض و هكذا يتم تقديم كما في صورة.
