- من بعد نفتح طنجرة ونضربو باليد نخرج الهواء من بعد نقطع العجين على شكل كرص وندهن الوجه بصفر البيض ونزين بجنجلان وندخل طاوة الفرن على درجة حرارة معتدلة.
