- في إناء نضع الحليب الدافئ مع ملعقتين من الخميرة مع السكر مع كاس من الدقيق نخلط جيدا ثم نتركه يرتاح لمدة 10 دقائق.
- فاش يرتاح الخليط نضيف البيضة ثم نافع وزنجلان و فاني وزيت وقليل من الملح.
- نقوم بخلط المقادير جيدا ثم نقوم بتقسيم الخليط الى جوج وحد نضيف عليه الكاكاو وحد نخليوه ابيض ونخلهم يختمرو مزيان على هدا الشكل.
- في الخير كنقوم بطلق العجين الاول ثم اضع فوقه العجين الثاني وأقوم بتقطع على شكل دوائر.
- أما الشكل الثاني أقوم بخلط العجين الابيض مع الاسود من بعد كنشكلهم كويرات ونخلهم يختمرو وندهنهم بالبيض ونديرو فوقهم زنجلان.
