- بعد ما يتضاعف حجم العجين بواسطة القليل من الزيت نشكل الكويرات و نضعه في طاوة و يترك يختمر للمره الثانية بعد ما يتضاعف حجم الكور ندهن الوجه بي صفار بيضة و قليل من الخل و يدخل للفرن مشعول من الاسفل و بعدما ينضج نشعل الفرن من فوق ليتحمر.
