  1. بسم الله في قدر نضع طراف اللحم بعد ما غسلتو وقطرتو ونضيف الزيت والسمن نقلي شوي ثم نضيف البصل التوابل ونقلي جيداً ثم الطماطم والثوم بعد ما رحيتهم نقليهم حوالي 15د ثم نمرق بماء ساخن ونخليها تطيب اي تستوي.
  2. ولما تكون نصف طياب نضيف اللفت والكوسا.
  3. نأخذ الرشته نرشها بقليل من الزيت ونفورها ونرشها بقليل من الماء ونخليها تنشف ثم نفورها المرة الثانية ونرشها بالمرقة ونخليها تنشف ثم نفسها المرة الأخيرة.
  4. وفي الأخير نضع الرشته في كصرول ونصب عليها المرقة ونضيف لها ملعقة كبيرة زبدة ونغطيها ونخليها حوالي 10 دقائق حتى تتشرب المرقة ثم نضعها في صحن التقديم ونزينها كما في الصورة وشهية طيبة للجميع.
