  2. نضع الرشتة في كسكاس ونفوروه للمرة الاولى ثم ننزعه من على البخار ونضع القليل من الملح ونرشو عليه الماء ونتركه حتى يتشرب وهكذا للمرة الثانية ايضا نفوره ونرشوه بالقليل من الماء ونرجع نفوره وفي الاخير ندهنوه بالزبدة ونسقيه بالقليل من المرق ويقدم كما في الصورة.
  3. اما بالنسبة للدجاج ننزعه ونضع له الملح والفلفل الاسود والقرفة ونضعه على الرشتة.
