3. يضاف ماء حار حتى يغطي الدجاجه و يغطى القدر و يترك على نار عالية حتى تنضج الدجاجه.
4. تخرج الدجاجة ثم يضاف الأرز المصفى من الماء يترك يغلي على نار عالية اولا ،،، اول ما ينشف الماء قليلاً يغطى القدر ويترك على نار هادئة.
5. ترش الدجاجه بزيت زيتون مخلوط مع كاري وصبيغة الزعفران وتدخل الفرن فقط لتحمر من الأعلى.
6. يقدم و يزين بالمكسرات و قشدة البصل و الزبيب.
