- نذوب الخميره في الماء الدافي ونضيف قليل من السكر ونتركها تتخمر.
- ننخل الدقيق ونضيفه الى المكونات السايله.
- نضيف الخميره على الدقيق ونقلبها ونتركها ترتاح ١٠ دقايق.
- نحضر المقلاه او الصاج ونضعها على النار لتسخن.
- نضع الخليط بقمع او الة المصابيب ونشكلها على الصاج دوائر نتركها حتى تظهر الفقاعات ونقلبها على الوجه الاخر لتتحمر.
- نقطع البصل ونضعه في وعاء على النار ونضع عليه الزبده الى ان يذوب ويتغير لونه الى البني ونضع عليه القليل من العسل ونضعه على المصابيب وبالعافيه...
