- بعد ذلك نشكل كريات صغيرة صغيرة ثم ندهنها ببيضه وقليل من قهوة ونزينها يالجلجلانيه او سكر ونترك حجمها يتضاعف تقريبا 3مرات ونضعها تنضج بالفرن.
