- نأخذ البركوكس نغسلوه مليح بالماء و عدة مرات و نقطروه في كسكاس ثم نضيفه إلى الطنجرة باش يتقلى و يأخذ نكهة التوابل.
- ثم نمرق و نغلق الكوكوط ربع ساعة و تلقايها طابت بلا ما تفوري بلا والو و شهية طيبة.
