ندير قدر فوق النار فيه الزيت دجاج ولقديد نكون حطيتو في الماء الساخن مدة 10 دقيقة والبصل والطماطم وثوم وونحرك نزيدو توابل فلفل احمر +فلفل اسود+كزبرة +طماطم مصبرة+ ملح+عدس +لفت + كوسة +بطاطا +حار ونمرق ونترك الكل يطيب.
نحط العيش في الماء مدة ١٤ ساعة ثم نقطرو ونفورو مرة واحدة.
نرمي العيش من بعد ما فورتو في المرق مع التحريك حتى ينضج مدة ١٤ ساعة كي نغلق عليه النار نديرلو دبشة (كزبرة) مقطعة ورش نعناع يابس.
