- تترك العجينة لمدة نصف ساعة حتى تتخمر جيدا.
- سخن زيت القلي جيدا اصنع كرات صغيرة من العجينة يمكنك استخدام أكياس الكريمة أو باستخدام المعلقة،.
- ومن ثم ضعها على الزيت الحار. عندما تحصل على اللون الذهبي للعوامة يتم إزالتها من الزيت وتترك في المصفاة قليلا وتوضع بعدها بالقطر لدقائق ثم توضع في طبق التقديم.
- يمكنك تزيينها باستخدام جوز الهند او الفستق المطحون او بدون شيء.
