6. ونخلطها مرة اخيرة ونصبها في كيس نسخن زيت من مستحسن في حلة غارقة مش في مقلى والزيت اكون غزير ونقطع بالمقص لقمات اكونو صغار لانهم راح انفجو في الزيت.
7. نحمرهم شوي مش كثير ونخليهم يبردو ثم نقليهم مرة ثانية وهذه الطريقة تكون مقرمشة 👌👌 ونحطها وهي سخنة بالشيرة.
8. للشيرة نضع على النار 2 كوب سكر كوب ماء وعصرة ليمون ونتركهم حتى يغلو ثم نطفي النار.
