- نحكم العيش نشللو بالماء ونصفيه مليح ديريلو تفويرة وحدة وخليه حتى يطيب القديد ولكليلة زيدي الماء الساخن طبعا وذوقي اذا ناقصة ملح و طماطم لازم يجي شوي حامض كي يغلي لوحي العيش وحركيه وقفلي وخليه يطيب من 20دقيقة الى25 واضيفي الفلفل الحار الاحمر اليابس.
