- نضع قطع الدجاج بصينية الفرن و ندهنها بالسمنة و نضعها في فرن محمى من الأعلى على أعلى درجة و نتركها حتى تتحمر.
- نضع الفريكة بطبق التقديم و نضع فوقها الدجاج المحمر و تزين بالصنوبر أو اللوز المقلي و يقدم بجانبها اللبن بالخيار.
