  2. ثم نضيف برش البرتقال ونضيف الزيت بالتدريج ونخلط جيداً.
  3. ثم نضيف الطحين المنخول مع الباكنج باودر ونضيفه بالتدريج على خليط البيض ونخلط حتى نحصل على عجينه طريه.
  4. نقسم العجينه ثلثين ل ثلث.
  5. نحضر صينيه مدهونه بالزيت ونضع جزء من العجينه الثلثين ونفرده ب الصينيه.
  6. ندهن الطبقه بالمربى فوق الطبقه العجينه.
  7. ثم الثلث المتبقي نبرشه فوق طبقة المربى ونغطي المربى.
  8. ندخلها للفرن على درجة ١٨٠ لمدة نصف ساعة تقريبا ثم نحمرها من فوق.
  9. ثم نخرجها من الفرن ونتركها تبرد قليلا ونقطعها.
