- نضيف رشة ملح صغيرة والبايكينغ باودر على الطحين ونضيفهم للخليط.
- بالتدريج نضيف الطحين ونعجن حتى تكون عجينه طريه ولا تلتصق بالاناء.
- نقسم ثلثي العجينه ونفرده بصينية مدهونه بالسمنه أو طحينيه ونخلط المربى برشة صغيرة قرفة مطحونه ونفردها على العجينه.
- نخلط باقي العجينه بالطحين حتى تجمد شوي لنبشرها فوق المربى.
- نغطي المربى بالعجين المبشور ونخبزها فوق ثم نحمرها تحت.
- نقطع المبروشه بعد ما تهدأ من السخونه وصحتين وعافيه.
