- نرش العجين المفتت على المربى بحيث نغطيه قدر الامكان.
- ونضعها بالفرن بالوسط يكون الفرن محمى من قبل ونشغل من تحت حتى تحمر العجينة ثم نشعل من فوق الى ان يصبح لونها ذهبي.
