3. عند استواء الدجاج نقوم بتصفية مرق الدجاج بإستخدام مصفاية للتخلص من زفر الدجاج والريم.
4. نضع صلصة الطماطم على مرقة الدجاج بعد تصفيتها ونقوم بتقطيع الدجاج أجزاء صغيرة ونضعها مع المرقة.
5. الان نضع الفريك على المرقة على نار متوسطة وهادئة لحين استواء الفريك.
6. وبعد ذلك نقوم بغرف الشوربة في زبدية كبيرة وتقديمها في وجبة الغذاء او مائدة الفطور في رمضان وبالعافية ^_^.
