- الحمام ينقع في ماء وملح وعصير ليمون ويغسل جيداً تحت الجلد ونفرغها بين الجلد والحم.
- الحشو نحشي الحمام بين اللحم والعظم ونغلقها جيداً متزوديش في الحشو علشان الجلد ميتقطعش.
- نضع الماء وعند الغليان نضع كل البهارات البصل الجزر الوراوالملح يترك على نار هاديه 15 دقيقه.
- لتحمير ملعقه سمن مع دبس رمان انا حمرته تحت الشوايه.
