- نضع على سطح الخليط مربى الفراولة ثم الثلث الباقي نضع علينص كوب طحين حتى يصبح قاسي ونضعه بالفريزة حتى نستطيع برشه في المبرشة.
- نبرشه فوق المربى الفروالة ثم نضعها بالفرن الحامي مسبقا بالرف الوسط يشعل الفرن من اسفل وثم بعد ما تتحمر من تحت.
- نشعل الفرن من الاعلى ونحمرها من الوجه حتى تاخد شكل جميل محمر مثل الصورة.
