- اقسم العجينة ثلاث ارباعها في صينيه متحركه ترص والربع نضعها بالفريزر تتماسك.
- اضع الحشوه ثم ابرش على الحشوه م تبقى من العجين ؛ اي العجينه اللي بالفريزر تبشر فوق الحشو.
- يدخل الفرن يحمر من فوق وتحت ويرش بالسكر البودرة ويقدم صحة وعافيه...
