  3. نأتي بصينية تيفال وندهنها قليل من الزيت ليسهل علينا فرد العجينة ونضع ثلاث ارباع العجينة نفردها جيدا باليد وفوقها خليط المربى نرش فوق العجينة المتبقة القليل من الطحين ليسهل علينا برشها فوق المربى الى ان يتغطى السطح كله بها..
  4. والان نضعها بالفرن المحمى مسبقا من الاسفل الى ان تتحمر جوانبها وتفووووح رائحة القرفة من ثم نحمر وجهها ونتركها لتبرد ونقطعها مع فنجان قهوة بعد الافطار وصحححة وعافية ورمضانكم مباااارك..😊😌😚.
