- ونبرش ربع العجينه المتبقية بعد وضع الحشوه المربى او التمر.
- توضع بفرن درجة حرارته 180 ، لمده نصف ساعه تقريبا.
- ملاحظه اذا كانت العجينه صعبة البرش نضيف القليل من الطحين.. صحة وهنا...
