- تخرج من الفرن و نفرد طبقة من مربي الفراولة ثم نضع قطع الفراولة و القرفة و جوز الهند.
- نبشر الجزء المتبقي من العجين فوقها بالمبشرة.
- نضعها بالفرن مرة اخري حتي تتحمر.
- بعد خروجها من الفرن نقوم بتقطيعها حتي لا تتكسر او تتفتت و يوضع بالثلاجة.
