- نمد باقي العجينه بصينيه مدهونه زيت او يوضع ورق زبدة ونرفعها على اطراف الصينيه او الصحن..
- نحشيها حسب الرغبه مربى (مشمش فريز توت) ثم يفتت الربع من العجينه فوق الحشوه..
- توضع لمده ربع ساعه في الفرن عحراره 180 (اذا احمرت الاطراف نخرجها)..
- نتركها لترتاح وتبرد ثم نضعها بالبراد..
