- ندهن صينية الفرن بزيت ونرش طحين، نحمي الفرن..
- نفرد الجزء الكبير من العجين بالصينيه على كل الجوانب ندهن المربى فوق العجين اللي بالصينيه، ما في مقدار معين للمربى حسب الرغبه بس تقريبا 5 معالق كبيره مربى..
- نبرش الجزء الصغير من العجينه مباشره فوق المربى بالمبشره ونبرش فوق كل الجهات..
- ندخل الصينيه بالفرن ونتفقدها كل فتره وبس تستوي نحمرها ونطلعها وصحتين وعافيه..
