  2. تضاف بعدها السنة المسيحة والزيت.
  3. يضاف الطحين و البكنغ بودر حتى تتشكل عجينة تلصق على الايدي وهشة.
  4. تترك العجينة لترتاح ١٠ دقائق.
  5. تدهن الصينية زيت وتمد ثلاث ارباع العجينة على الصينية ثم يمد فوقها المربى والكمية حسب رغبتك ولكن اصولا ان يغطي المربى العجينة بسمك ٣ مم تقريبا.
  6. يشكل الربع الاخير من العجينة على شكل اقلام رفيعة وتمد فوق المربى على شكل شبكة كما في الصورة.
  7. تخبز في الفرن على الحرارة ١٨٠ لمدة ٤٥ دقيقة وتراقب حتى احمرار وجه العجينة.
