- يوضع الخليط الأول فوق الثاني ويعجن حتى تصبح عجينه قابله للمد.
- نقسم العجينه قسمين.
- يمد الأول في صينيه الفرن ثم توزع المربى عليها.
- يوزع القسم الثاني من العجينه فوق المربى بطريقه البرش.
- توضع الصينه في الفرن عدرجه حراره 180 لمده نصف ساعه.
- تخرج من الفرن ثم تقسم وتقدم....
