- ثم نسكب صلصة الطماطم فبلا تاع الفرن و نرتب الكلمار جيداً فبلا مثل الصورة وندخله الفرن مدة نصف ساعة حتى 45دقيقة مع التقليب المستمر للكلمار باش يطيب (يستوي) كامل مع بعض و لما يطيب (يستوي) نحطو في صحن التقديم مع التزيين بالباذنحان مقلي و كروفات ان كان متوفر و شهية طيبة.
