- نأخذ شفلور (قرنبيط) مغلي في ماء وملح نضع فيه 4قطع من جبن حبة بيض ومعدنوس نرحي بفرشيطةو نضيف التوابل وخبز يابس حتى نقدر كوراهم كرات حجم بيضةثم رمديهم في خبز يابس شكلي خبيزات و نقليهم في زيت سخونة و نضعهم في مرقة مدة 5دو شهية طيبة.
