1. في الخلاط تخلط الزبدة والزيت مع السكر، والبيض والفانيلا معا بشكل جيد..
2. في وعاء خارجي نضع الدقيق، والبايكينج بودرة والملح إلى المزيج السابق، ويخلط بالمعلقة ليكون عجينة لزجة.
3. يوضع جزء صغير من العجينة في طبق على جنب وتضيف لها شوية دقيق لتكون متماسكة مش ملزقة نتركها جانباً..
4. باقي العجينة في صينية مدهونة قليلا بالزيت أو الزبدة حتى لا تلتصق العجينة.
5. نفردها باليد ونضع فوقها المربى ونحضر الجزء اللي تركنا جانباً.
6. وبالمبشرة نبشرها فوق المربى وندخلها الفرن لمدة نصف ساعة.
7. ولما تخرج تترك لتبرد، وبالهنا يا قمرات.
